    How much does shipping cost?

    For Luxe Plates - Shipping is free domestically in the US. $6 Shipping for international orders.
    For BLÖCT - Shipping is $10 domestically. Because of the heavy weight we do not ship BLÖCT internationally.


    What shipping method do you use?

    Orders in the United States and International are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

    How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    USPS First Class Mail for domestic orders usually take 2-5 days to arrive. International orders via USPS First Class Mail International usually take 2-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. 


    Will Luxe Plates ship to my country?

    We will ship to all major domestic and international locations. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

    Turn-around

    In most cases we ship within 24-48 hours of payment received, excluding weekends and US Holidays. Custom orders ship once a week on Fridays, but can take two weeks for processing. 


    Returns

    Stock Luxe Plates:

    Stock Luxe Plates can be returned within 30 days for a refund so long as they are in unused condition. 

    Custom Luxe Plates:

    We adhere to the highest standards of quality assurance for all Luxe Plates order. Because of the specialized nature of the manufacturing process, custom plate orders can only be returned for a refund in specific cases:

    - Defects in the manufacturing process. 
    - Damage by the shipper.
