What kind of art works best?
Line art and vector art works best, such as logos, type, bold graphics. If you're designing your own artwork lines should not be less than .5pt for the best representation. Artwork must be two colors only - black and white. There can be no grayscale or color on the final luxe plate. If you are submitting a jpeg or other raster based format please make sure the file is as large as possible. 600 x 600 pixels is the minimum.
Can I use a photo?
You can use an image as long as it's ok to turn the image to black and white. We cannot etch greyscale, or gradations in photos etc.

What kind of file do I need to upload?
You can upload a .pdf .ai .svg and .eps files for best results. You can also upload a .jpg .png .tif .gif .psd but please be advised we have to convert these files to make them work with the etching process. What is the turn-around time on custom orders?
